You need to download our app from the page qrekran.ru/tv, but you need a web browser to visit that page. New hardware usually doesn't come with a browser installed. Here's the installation procedure:
Menu names differ a little between makers: the steps are shown on a Xiaomi TV Box S and Google TV sets. The browser is allowed once — app updates will not need this step again.
For a screen in the room — no, it creates itself: when you install our app on the TV or box, a QR code appears on the screen, you point your phone camera at it, and everything else happens on your phone — you enter your phone number and choose a password. The number becomes your login, nothing to type with the remote. For a website banner the account is created with one form on the “Website banner” page.
A guest puts text, a photo or a video on your screen — and of course someone will try to send swearing or something obscene as a joke. Every ad is checked automatically before it reaches the screen: the text is matched against stop words, the photo and every video frame go through recognition. You won’t have to watch over it yourself.
On top of that you have two buttons. Any guest ad can be removed from the screen with the Back button on the box or TV remote. And in your account you can turn guest ads off completely — the screen will keep playing your own rotation.
